We accept returns only for defective or spoilt items. If you receive a product that is not up to our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to report the issue. Our team will review your concern and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Once approved, replacements will be done within 24 hours and refunds will be credited within 7 days via original payment method.
We also want to clarify that we do not allow exchanges under any circumstances. Since our products include freshly cut vegetables and fruits, they are perishable and prepared specifically for your order. As a result, once a product has been delivered, it cannot be exchanged for a different product or variation. This policy helps us maintain the highest standards of hygiene and freshness for all our customers.
